2. Verification: We will verify your information. Once everything is correct, we’ll approve your account.
3. Select Products: Choose the items you want to purchase from our excellent assortment. You’ll see the order details, minimum order quantity, and shipping costs in your basket before submitting your order. Note: You will not pay online. We’ll send you an invoice in the next step!
4. Order Confirmation: Your sales representative will contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm your order. You can discuss the shipping and payment method.
5. Invoice and Payment: Proceed with the payment after receiving the Proforma Invoice from your sales representative.
6. Shipping: After your payment is confirmed, we take care of the importation process and ship your order within 24-72 hours. You’ll be able to access your purchase history in “My Account > Order History”.
7. Handling Defective Goods: In case of receiving defective goods, please take photos or videos of the items and contact your sales representative immediately. We will review the report and help you proceed with the claim.

1.How much is the shipping cost?

- It depends on the country where the package is shipped to and what forwarder you will be using. Please contact your direct sales representative for more information.

2.We operate on an EX-warehouse basis.

Customers must bear shipping costs and additional fees that might occur during the shipment. E.g. Document fees, import taxes and etc.

3.Date of Shipment

The international funds transfer may take 1-2 days, and once your payment comes through, we will be able to arrange the date for the shipment.
